I've never really been in to hearts. But every once in a while they strike my fancy. I've been enjoying doing my 'reclaimed' pieces and when I found a pair of earrings tucked away in a drawer - I thought reclaimed hearts just seemed perfect. I like the idea of taking a piece of jewelry and altering it to give it new life. This one seemed nice as a pendant. And I'm kind of cheesy and really liked the metaphor when dealing with a broken heart. More times than not - its better afterwards too. I also did another pair of earrings that I'll be listing later today.
